Pet Supply Plus Shipping and Returns Policy
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If your order results in a backorder situation, you will be notified by email with further instructions. Customers may need to be available to sign for packages. Pet Supply Plus is not responsible for misdirected, undeliverable packages or delays in delivery due to weather.
Orders via standard shipping will arrive in approximately 20-30 business days. Most of the time items arrive before the 20 day mark, but for peace of time for both us please allow for the whole 30 business days before opening an item-not-received ticket with us.
Pet Supply Plus offers free shipping on all orders.
All in-transit times are business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve day.
Pet Supply Plus strives for a quick, easy, and positive return experience and has established the following guidelines in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:
Occasionally, a mistake in shipment could occur. If this does happen, and you receive the incorrect goods, Pet Supply Plus will provide a refund for the cost of the goods.
To receive a refund, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
We do accept returns of erroneous goods provided they are:
- In good, saleable condition.
- Within their “sell-by” or “use-by” date. (If it is applicable)
- In original packaging with seals intact.
Pet Supply Plus customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we receive your order returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package, Pet Supply Plus will gladly re-ship or refund your order. If your order is re-shipped, additional shipping charges will be required.
Pet Supply Plus uses (Paypal) as our payment providers. All refunds are provided through the payment provider you chose at checkout.
If you receive your order damaged, contact Pet Supply Plus within 24 hours. We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that we may make a claim with the shipping courier. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
Pet Supply Plus reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges.
